An expanding hardware chainstore urgently required qualified team leaders in their total of over 500 stores. For this purpose, employees who were selected for team leader duties in an internal assessment center underwent a qualified program. The aim was to prepare the participants for their new responsibilities and the upcoming leadership change and to support them during the first 100 days.
m2m consulting carried out a hands-on program. The contents were divided in such a way that different leadership situations could be addressed individually. The new team leaders who were partially surprised with their new duties, therefore now had the opportunity to actively prepare themselves for their duties and to find their new roles.
